Overview
Pierre Hardy ships internationally from our Paris atelier to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders placed on us.pierrehardy.com are processed in partnership with Global-e, which acts as merchant of record, seller of record and exporter of record. Shipments are handled by DHL Express as our primary carrier.
Shipping zones and delivery times
The following delivery times are indicative and calculated in business days from the date your order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days following purchase. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CET on Friday are processed the following Monday.
- United States & Canada: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 2 to 4 business days
- Middle East: 4 to 6 business days
- Asia-Pacific (excl. Japan): 5 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays in the destination country. Customs clearance may add 1 to 3 business days in certain destinations.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.
Free standard shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold. The applicable threshold, if any, is displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.
Duties and taxes
For most destinations, our checkout is configured as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): all applicable duties, taxes and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout by Global-e, so you have no additional cost to pay upon delivery.
For a limited number of destinations where DDP is not available, duties and taxes may be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The applicable mode will be clearly indicated at checkout before payment.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.
You can also track your order at any time from your account on us.pierrehardy.com under "My Account" or through the tracking portal indicated in the shipment confirmation email.
Delivery process
All international shipments are sent via DHL Express. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not available at the time of delivery, DHL will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package at a local DHL service point.
Pierre Hardy is not responsible for delays in delivery due to customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issue. Please contact our Customer Service if your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery window.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Pierre Hardy and Global-e are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be charged for re-shipment.
Restricted destinations
Some countries may have import restrictions on certain product categories. If we are unable to ship to your destination or if a specific product cannot be shipped to your country, this will be indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order to a destination that we cannot serve.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately at estore@pierrehardy.com with your order number and photographs of any damage to the packaging or product. We will work with Global-e and DHL to investigate and resolve the issue.
