Pierre Hardy is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy as described below.
International orders placed on us.pierrehardy.com are processed in partnership with Global-e, which acts as merchant of record, seller of record and exporter of record. Returns are managed by Global-e via DHL Express through a dedicated returns portal.
Return window
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, including the dust bag, branded box, and any accessories
- Free of any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items not eligible for return
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please visit the Global-e returns portal: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQOD
You will receive a DHL return label and instructions through the portal. The exact return shipping fee applicable to your order will be displayed in the Global-e returns portal when you initiate your return. Drop off the package at any DHL location in the country from which the order was originally delivered.
Important: Returns must originate from the same country as the original delivery. Returns from any other country cannot be accepted and may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by Global-e, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds include the cost of the items returned. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable. Return shipping fees, which vary depending on the country of delivery, will be displayed in the Global-e returns portal and deducted from your refund where applicable.
Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To purchase a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on us.pierrehardy.com.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt at estore@pierrehardy.com. Please include photographs of the issue and your order number.
